HCS Commercial Cleaning provide services for the Commercial and Industrial sectors. Offices, Schools, Gyms, Medical Centres and Government Sectors all over Perth, Western Australia since 2008.

The true story of HCS

So how did it start?

January 2008, Christmas holidays and the thought of going back to that office didn’t excite Lee very much, only the dream of owning his own business and this was his chance.

Lee Harrington was motivated and almost ready, just one small thing missing, capital. The list of available business opportunities wasn’t great but nothing beats motivation..

One trip to Bunnings, a few pamphlets delivered and Lee was on his way to HCS first booking, a window clean service.

10 hard hours later the very first HCS Cleanings service had been completed – exhausted but so proud and the client couldn’t be happier. Probably because it was finally over and only cost $20 but this was it, HCS was born.

Today, we have proudly employed over 250 Western Australians, We provide 500+ services per week and are a leading company in Commercial Cleaning Perth
